Mr Price Home

I had a Mr P Home account, I decided to close it. I requested and after many attempts received my settlement and I paid and cleared the full amount some days ago now. Yesterday, I received a call from Mr Price no: ***, verified line for Mr Price Money. I took first two calls and explained to agent account settled in full, at this time nothing really out of ordinary other than had to explain twice within 5 minutes that account was settled, then the onslaught started.. I have the screen shots between 11:08 and 19h40 I received no less than 59 calls from this number!! This was complete and utter harassment, I was in the office and the phone was just going and going, I eventually had to block number but I can see the number of times they tried. Pure and blatant infringement of my personal rights... shocking, shocking.. not only are you causing anxiety and more by harassing your customers in this manner but you are setting your call centre staff up for verbal attacks, as this type of approach would and does cause people to take exception to this invasion and your call centre staff will be on the receiving end!! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. Incidents with call logs sent to consumer ombudsman. Shame on you Mr Price
