Mr Price Hillcrest Treat Customers Like Dirt!

On Sunday the 4th March 2018, I purchased R2.200 worth of goods from Mr Price Hillcrest. I got home and attempted to erect a picture I had purchased. The wooden panel of the picture was damaged and the picture did not appear to be dry - it stained my bed clothing and clothes. I returned the picture at 16h02. There were still consumers in the store, but the staff had closed the door. Whilst I respect the fact that the shop was now closed, I was aggrieved at the attitude of one staff member who told my daughter to drive to the Pavilion Store to change the picture. So, through Mr Price's fault, I was now told to drive at my expense to the Pavilion Store. I then approached the same staff member reciting the Consumer Protection Act and asked if we could please just quickly get a new picture. She refused. I aske her her nane and she shut the door in my face. I can honestly say I have NEVER been exposed to such disgusting consumer service in my life! I want this addressed with recourse. She then started to laugh inside the shop with her colleagues. As she refused to give me her name, I tried to take a photograph of her. She turned her back on me! Disgusting! I sensed an element of ****** which I will now take to the Constitutional Court as this particular staff member made a fool out of me and humiliated me.
