Mr Price has really, really bad customer service

Twice we have had an issue with the customer service online. We ordered online and the one product was broken, but when we emailed Mr Price about it, they did absolutely nothing to help. We had to go into the physical store to get assistance. The next issue was when we asked about a certain product online, and the answer we got back was redundant and the conversation was useless.
