Mr Price Group and online purchases platform and staff are a disgrace!
I have recently purchased Mr Price vouchers online or at least I thought I did. I bought 4 x R250 vouchers for an aunts church fundraiser and 3 of the vouchers did not go through to her phone. However, the full amount for the vouchers was taken off my bank account. When I checked my Mr Price account (user) profile it said that three of the vouchers were cancelled. I live in Saudi Arabia and trying to contact the Mr Price Group is extremely difficult. Despite that, after 6 attempts to get through to the call centre (having the call rejected three times via head office) I eventually got through to a call centre agent and after explaining to her the dillema she asked for an order code of which I did not have. I then had to do the whole process again and eventually got through to the call centre and was "(un) helped" by an agent named, Lucky. Firstly he too three minutes to actually listen to my story because he claimed that his system was slow. Then eventually asked for me email address without asking what the problem is. When I then explained to him the situation he said that he will send me an email and that I must follow up with the email. he did not ask for any order or voucher number, so I asked him cant you log in and check with the order number, of which he agreed to check. Came up with the same answer, " It has been cancelled" and that he will send an email and I must respond to it. No email of the sort came through. I did, however, receive a generic email from Mr Price saying that I must call them if i need further assistance. I am appalled at the service from Mr. Price Group and I want answers and for them to track my vouchers immediately. The call centre agent was Lucky and the call was made on Mon 14 October at 14:20 pm
