Mr Price Furniture quality is the worst

Good Morning, can someone from Mr Price, please contact me regarding the collection of this faulty couch. I was contacted on Friday by Mall of Africa and they advised that they will come and collect the couch, however yesterday when I called the Shop, they said Head Office will send the couriers. But no one has been in contact with me and that is very frustrating.
