MR PRICE *****

In December two transactions went through on my Mr Price account amounting to R4700. I had my Mr Price card in my possession and I only shop at Greenstone, Stoneridge or Eastgate and have never shopped at Soweto. I had not bought anything on account since March 2020. I immediately canceled my card and reported the incident to Mr Price and sent the requested copy of ID, Affidavit and a copy of both sides of my Mr Price card. My e-mail was acknowledged and they were going to investigate and get back to me within 30 days. Obviously I have had no response. I have sent emails everyday this week and I am not getting a response at all. This is totally disgusting and when a payment is due at the end of this month I will have the bad credit reference. A Mr Price employee must have seen that the account had not been used and cloned my card and went on a lovely shopping spree and Mr Price doesn't care and has done no investigation. I wonder if I will ever get a response
