Mr Price customer service

I visited Mr Price at Kollonade Retail Park. What I was looking for was upstairs. I was standing in a queue alone and there was 1 teller assisting someone. I stood there for about 20-25min,it was long considering there were 2 more tills but only one opened. The staff come and check something at the empty tills without saying anything and leave again. Staff named Jacques passed by and said he was coming back to help.While I was standing there a white last came and stood behind me. Jacques came back and called her behind me. I said something he just didn’t care. The lady that was helping a customer called me when she was done and apologized for his behavior. He didn’t even bother. I don’t know maybe because she was white that’s why. He should have said he only serve white people in that way I would not have expected to be called next as I’m black. I was really and still annoyed that there are people who still do that. I will appreciate if Nr Price can tell us if there are staff members who don’t serve a specific race so that we as customers we don’t waste time and stand in those queue or go to their shop
