Mr Price Customer Care Useless *****! 5 months no refund! Mr Price Home Parview Pretoria disgusting service!

I placed an order in March for a bookshelf, it arrived with water damage and had to be replaced. I've had 3 replacements all with the same problem, when the driver arrives he opens the box and takes photos of the damaged items and leaves with them again. I have struggled for 5 months to get a refund and the customer care team are useless!!! Krishney from MRP Customer care has **** to me on many occasions and kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes at times, and other times has simply just cut me off after holding for ages. I have not experienced being cut off by any other agent at MRP Customer Care. Eugene has been promising me a refund since the 16th June ( 9 weeks later and NO refund!) When I get hold of them they promise to sort it out and send me emails, when I reply I get no response at all. ( Even on direct email addresses) Patheric bunch of *****!!!
