MR PRICE CLEAR MY NAME!

I have had an account with Mr Price home for almost 2 years i think after 3 months of opening an account with them I went through a financial crisis, but i was advised to make payments according to agreements I did just that for a while till i couldn't make even payments towards those arrangements so i made payments whenever I could, since 3 months back I started making regular payments, and I made a lump sum payment last month and finished total amount after regaining my financial freedom, but its been a month now I have been asking for a paid up letter, on my credit reports I am not updated as i was paying for the past 3 months, I am still recorded as somone who defaulted even August payments even though i have made full payments. I DONT KNOW IF MY ACCOUNT IS STILL AVAILABLE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAID UP LETTER AFTER MAKING FULL PAYMENT, THEY CANT EVEN CORRECT MY ADDRESS ON THEIR SYSTEM, EVEN AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS, honestly I dont know what it is i have to do for MR PRICE TO CLEAR MY NAME!
