Mr Price - Bunch of *****s/*********. Don't buy gift cards, the funds will get lost/******!!!

If you enjoy wasting money go and get yourself a Mr Price Gift Voucher, you'll end up paying and zero funds on the card.

Purchased a R400 gift voucher from Mr Price Kolonade Retail Park on the 23rd of December as a Christmas gift for my Mom. They also clearly stated that whoever is coming to claim the voucher need to come with an ID as a ***** prevention measure. So my Mom phoned me on the 4th of January from Mr Price Witbank advising that the Witbank store said there is a zero balance on the card yet there was no claim against the voucher. They tried to contact Mr Price Kolonade Retail Park store without any luck. I then went to the store myself to try and get their mess resolved just to be told that there was lots of ***** over December and we need to go to a Police station for an affidavid!! It's absolutely ridiculous & pathetic to say the least Mr Price.

You are the *****s!!!!! How do you put a system in place i.e. claimant providing ID, yet there was no record of any claim against the voucher. Sounds like you have serious internal ******** problems.

Beware potential customers/victims, you'll get taken for a ride and end up wasting your money. Rather get a voucher elsewhere.
