Mr Price bad form!

I bought towels at the Mall of the North. The teller was having a chat with someone while she was scanning my things. After payment, she says she didn't scan a product. It was 9nnpromotiin. Now they need me to give all of my credentials so that she can do a refund. When I refused to give my details, her and the supervisor then tried to let me leave without the promo. What circus is this? I triend calling their head office.....surprise, surprise.....no answer. So at Mr Price Home you get no promo, no service, no answer and no product!
