On 25 June I paid up my account and completed a form in store to have it closed Since then I've phoned your call centre just to be given an email address to contact as no staff man your call centre due to covid I've emailed three different email addresses, got a response from one person only on one occasion and now she won't respond to me either as the matter still hasn't been resolved And then I see that the profile is still active and you want to charge me fees? You must be out of your mind. This is not the way a professional company is supposed to do business
