Mr Price are dissapointing

I have been dismissed from work on the 30th of june 2023 and Mr Price is refusing to give me the UI19 document . They emailed me a letter that I must give to Labour Department and Labour Deparment refuse to help me with the letter .They said to me that Mr Price must give me the UI19 form and all relavant documents. I have been emailing Mr Price and they will just say there's nothing they can do or they will just ignore my emails. Mr Price talks about value but they have no value not for customers or for staff. They are dissapointing and i would'nt recommend anyone to work for this company because they don't care about the people.
