MR PRICE - ACCOUNTS & ITC

So, I paid my account in full. To my surprise was listed as a not paid account on ITC for October - When I contacted their accounts department, I was informed that I had to pay R16.00 which was due 30/09/2026 this is made up of Mr Price charges - customer protection plan 1 R10.50 and lost card protection 6.50 and was factually advised that they have to report this. sure, I'm with you there but for goodness' sake R16.00 rand, instead of listing a client as a bad payer could they not have sent an SMS to advise. But they will rather mess with your credit score for R16.00 than actually be a bit proactive. these huge enterprises / companies don't care about stupid amounts and will never put an excellent report when you always pay more .... totally ridiculous
