Mr Price - a "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" does not fill your petrol tank

Bought an item fr Mr Price, Hillcrest, tried to reurn it at the Pinecrest branch the next day as I live 2km away from there. I was told by the Pinecrest branch they cannot refund me as my card transaction was processed as a credit card and it is in fact a debit card, only Hillcrest branch can refund me the cash. Not happy, I left and went to Hillcrest to return the item. The M13 was closed due to a bicycle race but I thought that won't be a problem as I can return via the N3 not knowing that was also closed. After some brainstorming and 32km later, managed to get back home. Not happy, especially after the Hillcrest branch informed me that there is NO reason Pinecrest branch could not refund me. Do these people realize petrol do not grow on trees
