Mr P Home needs to reimburse delivery fees if a wrong item was delivered

Mr P Home is the most difficult company to deal with about online sales. Firstly, they are impossible to get hold of. I ordered a large rug, only to receive the wrong colour. I was reimbursed , but the R400 delivery fee was withheld. Their fault: My problem............ I guess I have to spend more time and money on phonecalls............
