Mr P Home - Disgusting unprofessional service

Disgusted at the service or lack thereof from Mr P Home online & call center agents. Made a substantial order on the 29th August, payment was made and deducted off my account immediately.

Decided to give them a call yesterday to see how far the order was in the process and was told the order was not even on the system. Eventually Received a call back from the call center agent saying that the goods will only be delivered next week.

I specifically ordered them when I did knowing full well that delivery can take up to 5-7 working days and that there would be someone at home to accept the order.

After calling a numerous amount of agents requesting to speak to their superiors I was told that I would receive a call - a whole 24 hours have gone by and still nothing.

I am beyond aggravated at this situation and I’m extremely dissapointed at the don’t care attitude of it all. This will be my last time spending my hard earned money at Mr Price as a whole!!!!
