Mother and Children left destitute and cold!

I am very upset and disappointed in your horrible service. I have ordered three items on the 10th, was told one was out of stock but that the rest of my items were on the way. I was ok with that since the mattresses were most needed to assist family (Mother and two young children) in need sleeping on a cold floor sick with flu. Now I just received notification that my whole order has been cancelled without explanation. How do I get notification that my order is on the way and then four days later be told my order is cancelled without the curtesy of informing me of why. Even with a refund, I will now have to wait five working days before I can assist this family while you and your team will be going to bed warm and snug. We try and help with the little that we have, and I thought that's what Mr. Price was about too. So Sad!
