Most of the time their system is OFFLINE

Every time I have to use my account in purchasing in Mr Price Home Potchefstroom,is either their are offline or they tell you are on arrears,need to pay a certain amount for your purchase to go through. you show them a statement on Mr Price App that you have credit but when they scan the card it shows errors. when you use the same card at Mr Price Sports,no problem,it works there. I heard that a lot off customers using either vouchers or mr price accounts are complaining with mr price home(Potchefstroom branch). I decided to even pay off my outstanding balance at Mr Price Sport and close the account with them because its not helpful having an account with them if each time they are offline or their system is faulty there.Then they must get a Technician to rectify their problem not customers rectifying their problem by everytime needed to top up their account and refunded later their money.
