Wirting this on behave of my mother At 19:02 I got a call from a agent about short payment off 110 than than told her that my husband paid it as I was in rustenburg I than informationed I will get my husband to pay it Than at 19:57 moonlight called me very rudely talking to me telling me I have to pay 1700 on the 27 April I than asked him why he calling me so late as I just checked times have charged about 2 months ago from 6:30 to 8 as per covid I asked him to talk to his TM he told me he working from home and everyone has kicked off this has now become hermetic with the number off times a day am getting a calls from Mr price home as I was called over 10 times today why are the agent am talking to not levling notes how am I not able to talk to a TM AT 20:03 HOW MANY MORE TIMES AM I GOING TO GET A CALL REGARDING THE SAME THING the customer service I revived from Mr price agents today was horrific.
