Money taken from my account but no orders received.

I placed an order on the website. The order did not go through and tried 2 more times. In total money was deducted from my account 3 times and the order still shows "cancelled". I phoned Mr Price Home various times and was asked to e-mail details of payment etc, I did this and did not receive any answer, the staff told me that they did not receive the e-mail(which I sent twice).

So now I have spent R1500 for items which I will not be receiving and not one person even phoned me to explain this error.

Is this wat Mr Home sees as client service?
