Mixed reviews about mr price home tygervalley, do better!!

I'm actually quite disappointed in the service and customer service at Mr Price home , Tygervalley .After back and forth calling and even going in store dealing with a consultant that looked as if she wasn't even interested in helping, and mind you didn't help! Just brushed me off .no correspondence and waited over 2 weeks , when finally a friendly , most helpful assistant named Zanele went out of her way to assist me and locate my order and made sure it's all there .To the managers , I'm disgusted how your other staff handled my queries and treated me , they need to go for customer service training. But a special thank you and gratitude to Zanele , please treat her to something special, she was kind and patient and did what she could to locate my order .your other staff could learn from her !!
