Missing products paid for

Good day,

So disappointed when I got home today after a day of shopping in Bloemfontein (specifically the Mr Price Home at Loch Logan) and realized that some products (bought and paid for this afternoon) was not included in my two Mr Price shopping bags.

I bought R929 worth of products, of which two products (estimated to R259) was not packed in by the lady who rang it up. So now I am 140 km from Bloem, with no way to get there to claim the two products not packed. The lady could see I was distracted (looking around while she wrapped the breakables). No idea if she decided to take her chance and snatch the two products or if it was an honest mistake. Why not try to get hold of me when she realized she did not pack the items? I tried to phone the above mentioned branch but could not get hold of anyone (there were probably closed already)

The items are as follow: 1) Item number ********** 281001 Cased Glass Square (R159.99) 2) Item number ********** 166001 Octavia Ombre Plan (99.99)

Obviously I am unable to collect the products as I am residing in Hertzogville (140 km from Bloemfontein.)
