Missing pieces after being told everything was it

We are expecting our first baby and as we unpack the new cradle cot we do not have any *****s or knobs after we asked if everything was in the box. This was about two months ago and we finally putting it up in our new home and this is what we get when we open the box I’m disgusted !!!!
