Missing item, still no resolution

I ordered a desk and chair almost 4 weeks ago online at Mr Price Home. I desperately need this because I work from home and i have a very bad back, therefore invested in this chair to help relieve some of my pain. They confirmed delivery within 2-3 business days…. Last week I went to the store where i need to collect because they said i will get an sms and email when my items are at the store for collection but there is no communication from MRPH and online where i can track the order it says order not found so this is concerning because these items are not cheap. They had my desk but not my chair and said HO has not sent the chair yet. Its almost a month later. I have called in a few times about this and chatted to their consultants… each time so far they tell me the courier company system is offline… this courier company has been down for almost a month now… i am not sure which courier company this is because in November 2025 this is ridiculous answers to give me.. how can nobody give me resolution on my item i bought? If you cant deliver the item, cancel the order, return the funds so that i can go in store and make the purchase because this was an urgent buy… if i had just gone to the store a month ago instead of online, i would have my item. I have now already needed to call in many times and physically drive to the store and will again have to drive to the store when this comes which is horrible service from MRP home and i have been a loyal customer for over 20years .
