MISLEADING PRODUCTS

<p>I called into the head office and eventualyy gotr to speak to an Allocator named Sthembiso Zondi even though I wanted to liaise with the Buyer which was unavailable. We then corrospended via email. I explaine to him that I purchased all the Potchouli products they have available online as not many stores in my area sells it. To my surprise the room spray smells like Lavendr and the fragrance diffuser smells like magnolia with lots of alcohol. Sthembiso then ask me((21Feb) to take a picture and mail him the barcode as well, which I did. 23Feb he rsponded by saying he is liaising with his senior(Jodi Enerson)which is very busy at the moment. 24Feb 10;38am he said th senior will get back to me shortly, which she never did.On the 27th I was ask for batch numbers to invstigate with suppliers. later that day he came back with this response: "</p> <p>Please return the two items, my senior is currently unavailable to query with the supplier.</p> <p>As per the batch number you gave us, the items are supposed to be in good condition and have the scent integrity.</p> <p>Sincere apologies for being inconvenience by those items, we much value your loyalty – we assure you that it’ll not happened again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Which means no investigation was done to proof my situation and also the scent intgrity is false as this is not the products represent.</p> <p>I feel that the allocator did not do his job by INVSTIGATING LIKE HE SAID THEY WOULD, and finding the product with the correct scent integrity and allocate it to the store where I can collect. The customer must just e happy with a "SORRY ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE"</p>
