Mirror delivered with a crack
I bought a big mirror from Mr Price Home. It got delivered with a crack in the corner . I called the contact centres for assistance but I could not get further than the voice prompts. What is my recourse? I paid R300 for delivery to avoid damage I transit! I want an exchange at no extra cost as this should not happen! How did this get packed and delivered ?
