On the 21st June I ordered items online to the value of R599.96. This amount has been debited to my bank account but the items I ordered are still sitting in my Cart. No order number has been generated. I have phoned; I have emailed (no response);I have written to them on Messenger (was given a case number); I have contacted them via their WhatsApp number and Messenger to follow up and all I keep on being told is that my query is being worked on and they will provide me with feedback. I find it unacceptable that this has not been resolved yet.
