Marilyn sleep

Yesterday afternoon I bought some goods valued at R500 from Mr price home at Riversquare on my debit card. They wernt suitable so took them back at 9 this morning to get a refund. I was told by the cashier that they only have 400 in coins in their float and that they can't give me it. What about a gift voucher!!!No I don't want a gift voucher I want my cash back. I said could they keep 500 in cash for me when they have it and I'll come and collect it. NO THEY CAN'T DO THAT. Can they put the refund on my credit card. NO THEY CAN'T DO THAT. They don't know when they'll have enough cash to pay but they'll phone me when they do. I live 35 minutes away and if I can't get to the store when the cash is available then who knows how long I'll have to wait. SERIOUSLY is this the service you give to a customer who has paid in good faith to be told we'll pay you when we can. NOR GOOD ENOUGH MR PRICE HOME. I want my money returned at my convenience not yours
