Making your Customers feel important is great!!

Thank you for your friendly and thoughtful service. I was returning mirrors that did not fit my houses interior. Oscar the assistant manager at Mall of the North Polokwane came to help do the refund. They were reassuring me that although I did not find what I was looking for, I must come in again cause they receive stock allot and maybe they can help me find something to fit. Both the Cashier and the assistant was very busy there were lots of people but they took the time to be friendly and helpful to one of their customers! What a great way to make your customers feel important!
