Made to feel like a ****

I purchased a whole of items for my home along with the last 2 sml beaded latern, which was clearly a returned item as the tags were loose in the latern. Simphwe who was serving me, was so busy listening to the teller n the leader T, that she forgot to put both my lanterns in my bag. I did notice that the teller was folding curtains n my one lantern was under the curtain all bubble wrapped. I just paid n left. When I got home , I called however the store was closed. Today I called and the team leader T called me a few times n eventually said she will check the boxes.i then called and another lady tells me it is not found. I felt like a **** n theif. I want them to look at the footage and they will see how unprofessional my experience was but most important SHE DID NOT PACK MY LANTERN YET I PAID FOR TWO.
