Made a laughing stock in store.

On the 30th July 2022 around 17h30 I went to purchase a laundry basket at The Glen, however as there are numerous laundry baskets available therefore I was undecided, then I had 2 baskets with me and was looking for the store assistant/cashiers opinion on which one to take, however the cashier was very rude and short with me, she went on to say in a rude manner that I should make my decision fast as she wants to cash-up. I felt so humiliated because the other shop assistants were present and laughed at me whilst the cashier shouted at me. I even asked her why she's treating me badly, but she continued. Unfortunately her spectators including herself had no name badges. I ended taking one that I did not like because of the pressure the cashier had put me under. This one experience that I had has forced me to include the following about the store. Staff has no name badges, they hide behind the pillars or by the headboards and not pay attention to customers and are constantly on their phones. If people did not learn from COVID and the impact it had on business then we still got a long way to learn and turn-around customer expectations.
