Low quality products & very bad service

I bought a single bed in December & they delivered in Jan, the bed broke end of April, I complained about it since then, went to the store as soon as they opened, I have been sending messages for feedback & nothing. Mr Price home service is terrible!! I saw now that they are actually selling low quality furniture cos everyone is complaining here!
