Low quality pots - health risk

I bought a set of pots from MRP home online, early this year. The pots were beautiful with black lining inside. When I started to cook the lining was peeling onto my food. I would find black strip and pieces of the lining inside my food. The base of the one pot is now completely exposed with grey metal.

Further to this, the exposed grey areas develop rust. Sometimes with my food inside. I have stopped using the peeled pots as I am worried about my health.

This is worrying, I understand that the pots were cheap but don't they get factory tested for quality and safety? Please be mindful or state such possible risks as this handles food we consume.

I sent this on email to *** last week. I didn't get a response or acknowledgement that my email was received. I am quite disappointed with the service.
