Long time spent waiting to collect an Online order

The reason why I do online shopping is to save myself time. <br> I received a confirmation that my three orders which I did on MypHome online shopping are ready for collection at their Centurion Branch. Thinking that it would only take me a few minutes to collect the orders, I decided to go there during my 30 mins Lunch time since I work close by. To my surprise, I have just spent close to an hours in MP Home Centurion waiting for my order, it took them +30 mins to look for my 3 orders and about 10 mins to confirm the items, after confirming the items, I was told that I can go, I asked if that was it and the lady who was assisting me said yes and I started to walk out of the store. Just before i reached the door they called me back telling me that they need to clear my orders from the system, I mean after so much time I spent in the store they are still calling me back???, so I had to go back, now about 15 mins late from lunch and had to spend another +10 mins for the paperwork.<br> I did not expect to spend more than 10 minutes in that store but I ended up spending close to an HOUR????<br> <br>
