LONG QUE

I went to Mr Price HOme in Greenacres to buy items on a gift registry. I went up to the cashier and asked who can help me with the gift registry list. She tells me i have to go and stand at the back of the que and then she'll help me. I went to stand in que. I finally got to her and asked her if i buy must I come and stand again in the que. Her reply to me was yes and i must speak to the manager. i spoke to Fabian Voetpad, he advised he is the manager. He told me, well, there is nothing he can do as it is unfair if they help me with the list and other customers is in que. He said i must just stand twice in the que, first to get the list, second to pay for the items. I feel it is a waste of time and very unfair that i need to stand in que twice. Mr Price should get a system in place. He was very arrogant when i spoke to him.
