Long delivery times for online purchases

Bought a piece of furniture at Mr Price Home on the 25th of January 2021, till to date (17th February 2021), my product has not arrived. I've contacted them more than three time already, via calls, instore, whatsapp but with no clear indication as to when I will receive my product. Advice to all, dont purchase online unless you have the patience of 2 months or more waiting time.
