Logistics isn't for everyone

I have a business where i buy various articles from retailers to export to them. Based on their requests. Sadly...and trust me SADLY, they also order from the worst retailer in the country...Mr Price Home. Every order, and this is NO exaggeration is a complete mess. They don't have the stock they sell on the Websites, so there is always a shortage, and the goods that they do deliver....is a mess too. My customer requested 20 lamps from MRPH. They advertised 6 online, i bought this six and then drove from store to store to buy the other 14. Then came the "surprise" they suddenly only had 4 to deliver. ....well when they delivered these 4 lamps they delivered it without shades. I contacted the online via email, who told me that they were counting stock and would revert on Monday. This off course didn't happen, and my follow up email to Zanele Khanyile also remains unanswered. I also contacted their team through Facebook, who also promised me feedback on Monday,,,,off course there is no feedback and when i asked i was simply told they don't have an answer. Do you specifically mess my orders up, or is it just how your business is...everything a mess? ITS QUITE SIMPLE, I ORDERED 4 X LAMPS FROM YOUR ONLINE SHOP, I RECEIVED 4 X BASES ONLY. ADVISE WHEN YOU WILL DELIVER MY 4 X LAMPSHADES.
