LIVID!

This is now the THIRD time we have had couches returned and delivered due to faults. Brief background. Last July we purchased two couches (Charleston) few months later, the arm rest breaks due to a knot (weak spot) in the couch. Return the couch, get a new one but it is a different design. Same fabric but the design changed. Then returned both, got a refund ordered two new ones, delivered today after a long wait and guess what! We cannot even put the legs into the couches. Two of the holes as wood sticking out and gets in the way of being able to turn the leg into the couch. On the other couch there is staplers stuck in the hole and the one hole doesn't have a ***** thread in it!! Absolutely livid!! Now, I still don't have anything we can sit on AND we have to send these back again which means MORE waiting!! To further my argument, you have increased the price per couch but the quality has gone from bad to absolutely disgusting! I don't want a call from your call centre NOR the RUDE people at the couriers, I want someone who can make a decision and have a solution to call me!
