Lines are horrible- Terrible customer service

I’m so disappointed at Mr Price Home Sandton. I’ve been trying to call them the whole of today and there line is always busy and when it rings someone answers then hangs up. When you try to call them again the line is busy or they answer and start pressing numbers to avoid the call. All i wanted to do was ask about a product because i was referred from another Mr Price Home

I bought Crockery there and i wanted an exchange because its not what i wanted.
