Leeann saves the day

<p>I would like to give thanks where it is due: Leeann your social media coordinator was the only member (among the Mr Price group members I dealt with) who responded with a sincere (not generic copy paste) apology and managed to resolve our debacle and calm my nerves. We received our (correct) furniture an hour ago and are very happy with it. I do understand that mistakes happen but my issue with Mr Price Home was that we weren't kept in the loop- when I phoned they couldn't provide answers and that made me feel powerless. I truly appreciate the members who went the extra mile on this (I'm certain there was more than a few involved.) To those I cannot name: a very sincere thank you.</p>
