Learn how to treat customers right

If there was an option to rate them a zero i would definetely do that.

So i created a gift registry with them online about two months back. I created a wedding invite and the gift registry number was obviously included in the invite.

A few days later a guest calls to tell me that they say they cannot pick up my gift registry when she provides them with that number. So i decided to go and check it out, i got there and provided my gift registry number and they said they cannot pick it up.

I then told them that i did the registry online and they said if i did it online it wont be picked up at the store. I got angry because this was never communicated to me before i started making the gift registry. I paid for the invites and they have the gift registry number that wont even work.

I was told that i will need to create a new gift registry , such a hassle. After the amount of hours that i spent compiling my registry. Very unacceptable.

I called the call centre to complain, the lady just said that she will forward my query to her manager and ask her manager to call me back. Three weeks later and still nothing.

I then went onto their website and requested that someone from the customer care department contacts me, i got an email notification that one of their agents will be in contact with me, 1 week and a few days later and still nothing.

I am shocked by the level of service i am receiving from Mr Price Home, i am very dissapointed and i am ready to close down my account. This is such an inconvenience to me and to all my guests who will go there for nothing.
