Lazy workers

I need a fitted sheet from mrphome. I drove all the way there. Their system shows that they have 3 in stock but the lazy people who work there won't go look for it. I went through the shelves that i could reach and didnt find one in my size. But the service is unacceptable.

I want them to find it, keep it aside for me and call me to fetch it as I'm not going there to waste my time again and I'm not going to pay for delivery online.
