Lazy staff

I found a product that I liked, and wanted to order for my Guest house? Not sure who is the one not doing their work, but I have tried to buy online, was not able to order a big amount of 60 plates, etc so I went to store, there I was told I could not place an order 'cause' the products will break on the way there, I also tried calling customer service - and she said, sorry you will need to go online or go to the store? Everyone passing on to someone else not wanting to do the effort of trying to source the items required
