Late delivery - no info

On 7th i placed an online order instore (Blue Route) - to date my order was not delivered. Tracking doc said delivery 10th October (which i knew was too early for Mr Price. Contacted the WA line and all they can say is we will check with the courier company but no one actually comes back to me. Sent an will requesting feedback but have not received a response.
