Late delivery no communication

I ordered items online for express store to store delivery that promises 1 to 3 working days. I ordered on the 22nd and my expectation was that it would be delivered today the latest. It had been saying “ processing” all the time until this morning. I called yesterday and they said they could not tell me when my order would be shipped. I decided to email them requesting a change of delivery address yesterday as I figured it would not be delivered in time and I would not be able to pick it up. No one rep**** to my email. I checked again this morning and the order says “on hold”. I called again. The lady I spoke to told me some things I ordered were out of stock and the would refund me for them. No one bothered to tell me. I asked about cancellation because if the order is not there tomorrow morning I cannot collect it. I am now told someone will call me to process my request but again no clear time frame is given. The worst part of shopping online on Mr price home is that there is no communication and when u call there are no straight answers
