Late delivery and no update

I ordered and paid bookshelf for my son online and was initially advised that delivery would take place in 3-5 working days, it's now two weeks and I have since called and put through to rude courier service that advised that my order was shipped to east London. I have since emailed and tried to contact someone with regard to delivery date to no avail. This is fustrating and extremely bad customer service. I'll never go to mr price home again.
