JINGLE300 Promotion MISTAKE

On 3 rd December 2018 I was browsing the online shop and saw they had a promotion saying if you spent R1500 you get R300 discount. I purchased a big order thanks to the discount. Mr Price Home then CANCELED the order WITHOUT letting me know, I had to find out by tracking my order. When I phoned the helpline they told me there was a email scheduled to me the previous day but they just chose not to send it. And on top of that she let me know that the promotion was a mistake and I will no longer recieve my order but to apologize for our inconvenience they are giving everyone a R600 electronic voucher WHICH CAN BE USED ON ANY TOTAL AMOUNT! When I tried to use it, it said Coupon INVALID, Mr Price Home’s Website states that we need to SPEND R1500 or MORE before being able to redeem a voucher the are giving to customers to apologize with!!! This is completely unacceptable! How can you expect us to spend so much money to use a voucher you are giving us to apologize you for YOUR MISTAKES!! According to the Consumers Act you are either suppose to repay our money in 24 hours from realizing your mistake or deliver the products we PAID for! And non of this has happened!
