Items thrown away even though it’s for sale

Hi there,

I purchased a display unit couch on Friday night - firstly I had to pay full price for the item which is unacceptable considering it was on display. Secondly not one single store had all the required boxes for me to purchase the product brand new. One store has box 1 and 2 and a different store had box 3 and 4 and I could not purchase these boxes separately as they had to be sold all together! Now please tell me how your stores are carrying half the stock and now that stock cannot be sold as it’s not a complete set?!?!? Thirdly we were not given an instruction manual on how to assemble the couch - we called the store who advised that they throw the manuals away once the item has been set up for display?!? How can you sell a product that requires assembly without providing the instruction manual? My couch is not lining up and I can’t return it as no other store has the couch?!?

I require the instruction manual as this is totally unacceptable.
