Items paid for but not packed

I went to the Boksburg store this Saturday and bought items to the value of around R2600. I had a problem with the attitude of the cashier and her sarcastic responses. Before leaving the till, another staff member had to remind her that she had not given me the mirror I just paid for. When I got home I checked that all items were accounted for but could not find a pack of heart chalkboard tags that I bought. I checked my till slip and it reflected. I have spend time over the last 2 days triple checking everywhere I have been but have not seen the missing items. The only other option is that it was not packed in at the store. I was very excited with finding the store due to the range of items but it is extremely unlikely that I would return due to the poor attitude of staff and their keeping paid for items back instead of packing it as expected.
